After thirty years, Peter Adel, the founder of Quantic MWD (formerly Microwave Dynamics), has announced his retirement. Peter’s leadership and technical expertise will be missed, but we have been actively working with Peter on his transition and I would like to assure you that we are committed to maintaining the highest level of quality, delivery, and service you have come to expect from Quantic MWD.
As you are aware, in 2022, Quantic Electronics acquired the company expanding upon its RF and Microwave portfolio, which includes Quantic Corry, Quantic Croven, Quantic PMI, Quantic TRM, Quantic Wenzel, and Quantic X-Microwave. Looking to the future, Quantic Electronics has ambitious plans to invest in and expand the company, with a particular focus on the product roadmap, capital investments, and talent acquisition. Quantic MWD recently welcomed an exceptional new hire, Mohsen Zolghadri (Chief Engineer), adding extensive industry expertise and experience to the team.
For the time being, I will act as General Manager, supporting Quantic MWD in collaboration with the Quantic Wenzel leadership team. Rest assured knowing that Quantic MWD’s business, suppliers, and customers are in capable hands, and I welcome any input or feedback you may have regarding our company.
The work that Peter has done has contributed to the success of many critical programs in defense and space as well as many other markets. We extend him our sincerest appreciation for his years of service and congratulate him on a well-deserved retirement.
